I absolutely despise Evony and adore PopCap! Plants vs. Zombies is a great game – the MJ zombie, while perhaps still a PC topic at the moment, is my favorite!

Hi – intellectual property attorney here. Parody and satire are absolute defenses against copyright infringement actually. This is clearly a parody of the Evony Online advertisements. Since the use is satirical in nature, even if Evony sues, they will most likely lose.

If you ever used to collect ‘Wacky Packages’ stickers, that’s the same thing. It was meant to make fun of the other artwork – in this case, using sex to advertise a game (which has nothing to do with the game), but then using an ugly ogre instead.
