The article contains an image of the 'close out memo' which shows the later date. We can but hope. Thompson is the worst kind of legal shark. Unfortunately, the media (especially Rupert Murdoch's holdings, like Fox News) will continue to parade him out whenever something happens as an "expert", despite his only occasional brushes with the truth.
