		<description>Sorry, slightly disregarding the whole management issue, since leaving school I&#039;ve always wanted to work in the games industry in developing games etc although the path was never clear. It&#039;s the one thing in my life I regret, as to this day at the age of 30 something years young the closest I can get is running my own gaming related website (for no money of course, just pure fascination and obsession).</description>
