		<description>So true, this is a major problem and the EU should step in and regulate it in favour of third-parties. In effect, today&#039;s console business is dictatorship versus democracy - or console politics if you will. I  have always thought the easy part of working with consoles is not creating the games or technology, but rather going through the politics and formalia to get it released.</description>
